He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Leonard Keathley and Margaret Caroline Keathley (Williams); and his brother Benny Keathley. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Keathley of Van Buren, MO; his daughters, Teresa Isidore (Will) of North Highland, CA and Stephanie Frink (Tim) of Coweta, OK; his sisters, Carolyn Cooper (Jim) and Beverly Mabry (Don); his grandsons, Oscar Paul Mayo, Donald Joe Barnes and Colton Barnes; and his great grandchildren, Jack Barnes, Flynt Barnes and Ambrosia Mayo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and relatives and friends.
