He is survived by: his wife Dr. Kimberlee Barnes of Van Buren, Missouri; his sons, Kevin Edward Barnes (Glenn Johnson-Barnes) of Chicago and Kelly Eugene Barnes (Jennifer) of Atlanta, Georgia; his sister Rebecca Barnes of Winona, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Rocky Barnes and Sophia Barnes. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
