He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ira "Bronc" Keeney and Mary Keeney (Sherratt); his wife Ella Jean Ward of Franklin, Arkansas.; his son Thomas Jeffery; his daughters-in-law, Jennifer (Veit) and Elise (Sommers); his granddaughters, Drayton, Alexis, Sophia and Elise; his great grandchild Elias; and his son Frosted Flakes.
His contributions to the lives of his family, friends, and community members and the love he spread to those who knew him mean that he will be deeply and dearly missed – and at the same time, that his kind spirit will live on in those of us who had the great fortune to know him.
