He is survived by: his brother Curt Shaddox (Reba) of Van Buren; his children, Gerri Flatt of Van Buren and Chuck Shaddox of Van Buren; his grandchildren, Jamie Lewis (Nathan) of Van Buren and Drew Fetters (Molly) of Fredericktown, MO; and his great grandchildren, Addison and Elli Lewis. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
