She was predeceased by: her daughter Michelle; her parents, Dewey Joplin and Anna Joplin; and her brother Eugene Joplin. She is survived by: her son Pastor Steve Monroe (Sharon); her grandchildren, Stephenie Amerson (Micah) of Alachua, Florida, Sallie Newsome (Chris) of Rawlins, Stephen Monroe (Kimberly) of Gypsum, Colorado and Seth Monroe (Jessica) of Thomaston, Georgia.; and her great grandchildren, Amelia Amerson of Alachua, Bethany, Bree, Carson Newsome, Emma, Leah Monroe and Kullen Monroe.
