He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Starks and Catherine Starks (Foster); and his siblings, Benjamin "Ben" Starks, Archie Starks, Ellen Waggner, Wanda Eldermen and Pauline Krause.

He is survived by: his siblings, Norman Starks and Iris Wojcik. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
