She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira "Bronc" and Mary Keeney (Sherratt); and her son John Gaylon Hayworth. She is survived by: her children, Darin Hayworth of Van Buren, MO and Christa Hernandez (Ismael) of Springfield, MO; her siblings, Kenneth Keeney (Donna), Carolyn Daniels, Sharon Keeney, Gary Keeney (Janice), Jeff Keeney (Ella Jean), Bo Keeney (Janet), Linda Baker (Jim), Kathy Murdick (Scott), Bev Camp and Doc Keeney (Cindy); and her grandchildren, Gabriel Hernandez, Anthony Hernandez, Logan Hayworth, Landon Hayworth and Ross Hayworth.
