He is survived by: his wife Kathy Nicholson of Van Buren, MO; his children, Evan Nicholson (Courtney) of Van Buren, MO, Trey Nicholson of Van Buren, MO and Evie Nicholson of Van Buren, MO; his stepson Blake Davis (Katie) of Hawaii; and his siblings, David Nicholson (Jo Ellen) of Van Buren, MO, Susan Hoskins (Steve) of Van Buren, MO and Liz Barrera of Rolla, MO. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
