He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jesse Conn. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Lee Welch and Jami Donell (Conn); his siblings, Justin Welch, Brooke Welch and Morgan Faraone; his grandparents, Penny Billington, Melissa Welch, Greta Courter and Donald Welch; his uncle Kevin Barton, Jr.; his aunt Sarah Welch; and his family, Richard Clark and Ashley Cyza. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
