He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Sr and Wilburta Menley, Sr.; his wife Patricia Menley; his siblings, Floyd Menley, Jr., Robert Menley, Charles Menley and Diane Menley; and his brother-in-law Clifford Jacobs.
He is survived by: his son Richard A. Menley, Jr. (Deborah) of Dittmer; his grandchildren, Jeff Miller, Keith Miller, Jesse Menley and Kaylin Menley; his great grandchildren, Cole Miller and Owen Menley; his son-in-law Alan Miller; and his sisters-in-law, Babette "Babs" Menley, Jan Menley and Marsha Jacobs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
