He is survived by: his wife Lynn McCrary; his siblings, Cherryl Nappier (Sam), Deborah Scates, Gina Smith, Martin McCrary, Leslie Etuk (David), Ken Foy (Carla), John Foy and Angela Hines (Mike); and also Bob Foy (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, their extended families, and friends.
