She was predeceased by: her parents, Teresa Marie Maassen and Pauline I. Maassen; her grandson Brendan W. C. Brand; her sisters-in-law, Eileen Caldwell (Everest), Virginia Blanton (Vernon), Doris Deiderich (Andrew), Marguerite O'Brien (Thomas), June Wilsonand (Donald) and Violet Arbogast (Alan); and her siblings, Howard Maassen (Therese), Ruth Brockmeyer (Alfred) and Rosemary Blair (Preston).
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Hrdina, Leann Brand and Karen K. Hoelscher; her grandchildren, Christopher M. Hrdina (Kelly J.), Jennifer T. Pipkens, Michael J. Brand, Matthew C. Hoelscher (Amy L.) and Leah E. Pinkner (Jesse); her great grandchildren, Kayla Miller (Tim), Hunter M. Pipkens, Brennen Hall, Cash M. Hrdina, Otto C. Hoelscher and Owen M. Hoelscher; and her siblings, Bernice Brockmeyer (Albert), Raymond Maassen (Mary Lou), Donald Maassen (Jackie), Gerard Maassen (late Diane) and Janet Blair (Charles).
In lieu of flowers, masses in her honor would be her wish.
