He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Church; his wife Judith Chellis; his children, Dawn Sweeney (Calvin), Jeff (Renee), Michael (Tina) and Greg Chellis; his grandchildren, Rachel Appie, Dr. David Broome, Nicole, James, Hailey and Anna Chellis; his great grandchildren, Claire, Connor, Noah, Jacob and Carson; his stepchildren, Cynthia Ketsenburg and Timothy Lamping; his stepgrandchildren, Danielle Lamping, Ryan Ketsenburg, Kyle Ketsenburg and Carly Tucker; and his sibling Jean Honeywell.
In lieu of flowers, masses are preferred.
