She is survived by: her children, Mindy Semple (Don) of Wildwood, MO and Nathan Mayfield (Pam) of Louisville, KY.; her grandchildren, Paul Mayfield, Jessica Shepard (Mayfield), Tori Tufts (Mayfield) and Kayla Semple; her great grandchildren, Silas, Addison, Elliana, Titus, Levi, Landon and Evelyn; her daughter Banquets; and her brother Jim Hogue.
