He was predeceased by: his father Glen L. Broombaugh; and his brother Glen A. Broombaugh. He is survived by: his mother Betty Broombaugh; his wife Cheryl; his children, Jamie Mittermeyer (Mike), Chris Obert (Kerry), Rob Obert (Monica) and Samm Seeger (TJ); his grandchildren, Emma, Noah, Kahsu, Alex, Aiden of Kendall, PJ, Lennon, Bela, Mila, Summer and Winter; his brother Jeffrey Broombaugh (Lisa); his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey (Kaitlyn), Steven, Monica (Drew) and Morgan (Cole); and his sister Connie Matthews. He is also survived by seven cats, and other numerous wild animals.
