He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Brewen and Alice O. Kiger (Seal); his daughter Joyce Ann Brewen; his stepfather Glenwood Kiger; and his siblings, William Kiger and Leanna Cannell.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Brewen (Stricklin); his children, Cindy Cox (Tom), Teresa White (Ed), Lance Brewen (Susie), Brian Brewen (Kathy) and Bruce Brewen (Sherry); and his grandchildren, Lisa Skaggs (Doug), Jennifer Biri (Darrell), Elaine Lanham (Joseph), Joe Cox (Michele), Amber Black, Kyle Brewen, Beka Clark (Andy), Rachel Brewen, Justin Brewen (Kea), Nathan White, Aaron White and Christopher White. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren along with other friends.
