He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Frank and Mary Jane Finehart (Mackey); his sister Kathy Rose; and his mother-in-law Marjorie Chaney. He is survived by: his wife Janey Finehart; his children, Kile Chaney (Erica) and Regina Severance (Drew); his grandchildren, Candace, Mikala, Tawney, Haley, Mason, Adelyn and Wyatt; and his sisters, Jo Brookshire (Rex), Diane Reeves (Eddie) and Debi Jones (Fred). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Society.
