It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delores Mae Cornelius of Urich, Missouri, who passed away on July 8, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Willie Mae and Marion Earl Hays; her husband Charles Lee Cornelius; and her children, Peggy Mitchell (Jerry), Russell and Charles (Dawn). She was also cherished by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Due to the current pandemic, there will not be a service.
In lieu of cut flowers, because Dee loved animals, you can make a donation to Kansas City Pet Project in her name.
