He was predeceased by: his parents, Audie Bradshaw and Jewell Bradshaw of Goodson; his wife Carla (Philbert); his brother Larry Gene; his father-in-law Wayne Philbert; and his brother-in-law Kent King.

He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Bradshaw (Juli) of Marceline, Missouri and Meleshia Bradshaw of Springfield, Missouri; his sister Sandra King (Ross Stroupe) of Rolla, Missouri; his grandchildren, Tanner Bradshaw, Isabelle Colfer and Eliana Colfer; and his mother-in-law Erma Philbert of Preston. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
