It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Reta Harriet Palazzolo (University City, Missouri), who passed away at the age of 102, on April 13, 2020. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Freda and Maurice; her former husband Joseph Palazzolo; her children, Snooky and Sam; her husband Joe; her brothers, Harold "Hershey" Stern and Alvin "Al" Stern; and her children, Bernard (Francis), Joayne and Skip (Jackie). She was also cherished by her 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren.
She lived through the 1918 pandemic, the Great Depression, two world wars, the loss of her daughter Snooky to childhood illness and her son Sam to cancer, and the deaths of her husband Joe and brother Harold "Hershey" Stern.
