He is survived by: his close friend Christine Rubenacker; his sister Mildred Johnson; his children, Julie and Brian; his nieces, Kimberly and Kirstin; his nephew Eric; his daughter-in-law Renée Parks; his granddaughters, Elise and Rosalie; and also Adam Parks.
