She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marion Walters Smith Davis and Hay Watson Smith Jr.; her husband John Puterbaugh; her sister Norris Smith of New York City; her daughters, Elizabeth O'Halloran (Daniel) of Webster Groves and Mary Mulcahy (Francis) of Bradford, PA; and her grandchildren, Philip, Ann, James, Rachel, Clare and Timothy.
