He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Keitel "Cupie" Mills. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Van Cleve (Peter) and Lewis Robinson Mills, Jr. (Stacia); and his grandchildren, Sarah Van Apple (Ben), Margaret Van Hawk (Greg), Bill Van Cleve (Haley), Lewis Robinson Mills III and Rachel Litchfield (Jack). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
