He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Banaszak and Casimira Banaszak (Krawczyk); and his siblings, Delores Lange (Banaszak), Edward Banaszak and Richard Banaszak.
He is survived by: his children, Lee Ann, Mark, Jane and Sara; his grandchildren, Lee Ann Banaszak, Eric Plutzer of State College, PA, Isaac Plutzer of St, Louis and Clara Plutzer of College Park, Maryland; and his spouse Mark Banaszak.
