She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Hazel III; her parents, Fred R. Hammond and Kathleen Lucy Hammond; and her in-laws, Ernest Hazel Jr. and Norma Hazel.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia H. Gilbertson (Michael) of Faribault, MN and Douglas Hazel (Elizabeth) of Washington, MO.; and her grandsons, Andrew Gilbertson (Emily), Alex Hazel (Jen Cecil) and Kit Hazel (Julie).
