She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris M. Cruise and John F. Cruise; and her brother John Cruise. She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy Dew, Claire Beutler-Cruise (Howie), Brian Cruise and Mary Follmer (Glenn).

At Julie's request, donations in place of flowers may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 332 N. Lauderdale; Memphis, TN, 38105-2479.
