He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jolley and Elizabeth Jolley; and his sister Elizabeth "Betty" Jolley Rutledge Cave. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Happel Jolley; his children, Meg Jolley (David Sameth), David Jolley (Barbara) and Susan Jolley; and his grandchildren, Casey, Drew, Mack, Katie, Emma and Taylor.
Services: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be a private family service and a memorial service to be planned at a later time.
