He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Beall Lane Kerwin and Martin McCulloch Kerwin; his sister Kathleen Munford Kerwin; his nieces and nephews, Cavanaugh Kerwin Noce and Peter Emerson Noce; his cousins, Stewart Lane and Frank Bradford Curtis; his fiancée Melody Sue Higginbotham; his fiancée's children, Kent Richard Higginbotham Jr., Erin Reaver Taylor and Kacey Higginbotham Kell; and also, Mary Hollis Delecroix and Pamela Wilson Curtis.
The family requests no flowers, but memorials may be made to The Missouri Historical Society or to Vietnam Vets.
