He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Esther Miller Finnegan and Frank Finnegan; his sisters, Jane Ryan, Jean Maull and Mary Esther Bliss; his wife Mary Catherine; his children, Colleen of University City, Frank III (Judy), Michael of University City, Patrick (Karen), Webster Groves, Terry of Oak Park, Dennis (Carolyn), Oscar Olivos (Maria), Creve Coeur and Peggy Krokstrom (Brad); his grandchildren, Shawn, Connor (Leah), Colin, Daniel, Kevin, Martin, Patrick, Brenna Finnegan (Adam Kormushoff), Timothy Olivos (Laurie), Matthew Olivos (Emily), Maria, Claudia Olivos, Andy Krokstrom (Chelsea), Emily Palmquist (Mark), Alex, Sarah Krokstrom, Travis Tyre and Ryan Early; and his great grandchild Harper Marie Finnegan.
