He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Lori Mendelson Davis, David Mendelson, Helen (Nuni), Mendelson Zimmerman (David) and Jonathan Mendelson; his children-in-law, Todd Davis and Karen Guskin; his grandchildren, Rosemary Davis, Claudia Davis, William Isaac, Phoebe Mendelson, Jonah Mendelson, Ezra Mendelson, Henry Zimmerman, George Zimmerman and Oliver Zimmerman; his caregivers, Tahria Abrams and Jony Navarro; and also Mary Mendelson-Scripp.
A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Lupton Chapel (7233 Delmar Blvd, University City, MO 63130).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Audubon Society or the American Civil Liberties Union.
