He is survived by: his spouse Venita "Barbara" Rogers; his parents, Charlie and Cobina; his child Olivia; his sisters, Felicia and Lita; his grandson Owen Charles; his nieces and nephews, Evan, Andrea, Casey, Eric, Tallon, Avery and Addison; and also Owen Charles. He is also survived by son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, cousin, and friend.
The family would like to request that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to a college trust fund for Chuck's grandson, Owen Charles.
