With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol A Lewis of University City, Missouri, who passed away on November 14, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Rosanna "Geishi" Culp (late Tom Dixon) and Robin Bono (Tony); and her parents, Leo Cosentino and Leona Cosentino. She is survived by: her husband Jay L. Lewis; her children, Jason Lewis, Jacob Lewis and Jamie Clatfelter (Evan); her grandchildren, Sofia, Avery and Hunter Clatfelter; and her sister Sandra Madsen (Ray).
