She was predeceased by: her father Don T. Mukai. She is survived by: her mother Kiyomi Mukai; her siblings, Karen Almeida, Kathy Mohn and Steven Mukai; her niece Emily Mukai; her nephew Jason Mukai; and her siblings-in-law, Rod Almeida, Dennis Mohn and Lori Mukai.
