He was predeceased by: his grandmother Donna Kavanaugh; and his cousin Nicholas Melvin. He is survived by: his daughter Astra Kavanaugh; his mother Michelle Tener; his stepfather Matt; his father Scott Kavanaugh (Kendra); his sister Ashton Teel (Weston); his stepsiblings, Kelsey, Kyle, Ryan and Kieran Tener; his grandparents, Gary, Karen Boulware, John Kavanaugh and Charlotte Tener; and his great-grandparents, Peggy Denton and Betty Wendt. He is also survived by his numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
