She is survived by: her husband Jim Perkins of Unionville; her children, Geneva Butler of Lancaster, MO and David Perkins (Crystal) of Unionville; her grandchildren, Sawyer, Kaisee, Austin and Blaine; her brothers, Bob (Carol Morrow) and James (Melinda Morrow); and her nieces and nephews, Gary Dixon, Ronnie Dixon, Judy, Lisa, Lorri, Lynn, Leah and Rachel.
