She is survived by: her spouse Mickey Martin; her children, Beth Gaines (David), Tina Slaughter (Dusty) of Waukee, IA, John Martin (Stephanie) of Lineville, MO and Doug Martin of Urbandale, IA.; and her grandchildren, Natalie Gaines, Lucas Gaines, Shona-Grace Gaines, Shelby Slaughter, Kaeden Slaughter, Mason Snow, Kathryn Martin, Meredith Martin and Hayden Boyd.
