He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlo Frank and Shirley Frank (Shuey); his sister-in-law LaRae Allman; and his father-in-law Charles Helmken. He is survived by: his wife Mary Helmken; his sisters-in-law, Rhonda Womboldt (Johnny) of Unionville and Becky Swearengen (Steve) of Milan, Missouri; and his mother-in-law Laura Dixon of Centerville, Iowa. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorials should be made payable to the Putnam County Ministerial Alliance and may be entrusted with the funeral home.
