She is survived by: her spouse John Verland Clark Haas; her son Kenneth (Nancy) of Unionville; her grandchildren, Kurt (Carla) of Palisade and Melanie Ellsworth (Chad) of Johnston, IA.; her great grandchildren, Emma Haas, Zane Haas, Ryan Ellsworth and Owen Ellsworth; and her brothers, Jesse Powell and Robert Powell (Jean).
