He was predeceased by: his father Donald Summers (Donnie). He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Summers (Patterson); his wife Jackie Summers; his children, Janae Walker (Jon) of Green City, MO, Tasha Anders of Unionville, MO and Tyson Summers of Kirksville, MO.; his grandchildren, Johnathan, Tyson Jr., Abbie, Christian Summers, Jayden Davis-Hacker, Xavier, Xander, Myra Anders, Jaxson and Jamison Walker; and his siblings, Doug Summers (Theresa), Beth Yadon (Jerry) and Nancy Bowlden. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
