He is survived by: his sons, Rick Stottlemyre (Shawntelle) of Unionville and Rod Stottlemyre (Maggie Courtney) of Unionville; his grandchildren, Doyle Stottlemyre, Stacia McGaughey (Jimmy), Adrianna Folsom (Dawson), Alaina Stottlemyre and Amy Stottlemyre (Rodney Hamilton); and his siblings, Virgil "Bud" Stottlemyre (Darlene) of Unionville, Tony Stottlemyre (Brenda) of Unionville and Mary Ann Sparks (Rick) of Centerville, Iowa..

Memorials may be made payable in lieu of flowers to the First Baptist Church and entrusted with the funeral home.
