We bid farewell to Richard Leroy Anderson of Unionville, Missouri, born in Algona, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 1, 2024 at the age of 93. Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Anderson and Hazel Anderson (Harris); his wife Edna (Nelson); his sisters, Mary Kaskey and Joyce Rigby; his son-in-law Dale Zerbe Jr.; and his great grandchild Justin Swick.

He is survived by: his children, Rick Anderson of Unionville, MO, Alan Anderson (Luanne) of Lidderdale, IA, Janelle Anderson-Zerbe of Lucerne, MO and Gina Bradley (Craig) of Popejoy, IA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, many great and great-great grandchildren.
