He is survived by: his son Bryan Purkeypile of Indianola, IA; his siblings, Dewey Purkeypile of Cincinnati, IA, Nancey Lawrence (Chris) of Louisville, KY, Donna Kramer (Herman) of Alma, MO, Evelyn Thomas (Brad) of Gilbert, AZ and Ronald Purkeypile; and his son Tyler Ryals. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
