She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfred Edwards and Lydia Edwards (MacGuire); and her sister-in-law Sandy Bowes. She is survived by: her husband Russell Carter of Unionville, MO; her children, Dean Carter (Cindi), Elise of Kansas City, MO and Ryan Carter of Rochester Hills, MI; her siblings, Ray Edwards (Betty) of Athens, GA, Linda Otwell (George) of Marysville, TN, Sandra Holcomb of Marysville, TN and Nancy Bach (Jake) of Marysville, TN; and her brothers-in-law, Curtis Carter (Jean) of Milwaukee, WI and Mike Bowes of Knoxville, IA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
