She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Scott and Wanda Scott; and her siblings, Marvin, Ray and Kay.
She is survived by: her former husband Eldon Hines; her husband Harold Rexroat; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Blake, Bradley Hines, Stacy Meinke, Ryan, Seth Rexroat, Krisha Green, DeShann Rexroat, Melanie Johnson and Brandi of Maine; and her brother Melvin Scott of Sullivan County. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
