He is survived by: his wife Nettie; his children, Kimberly Hammeke (Duane) of Blue Springs, MO, Karyn Ward (Dan) of Blue Springs, MO and Daniel Lewis (Melissa); his grandchildren, Alex Hammeke, Trey Baker, Daniel, Joseph, Rachael Ward, Noah Probasco, Kala Simons (Darrell Anstine), Kelsi Goans (Chris) and Abigail Lewis; his great grandchildren, Kalynn, Zaylee, Brayden and Asher; his brother Jerry Lewis (Donna) of Newtown; his brother-in-law Larry McCollum of Trenton; his niece Sharmyn Garcia (Juan) of Newtown; and his nephews, Jeremy Lewis of Newtown, Cody McCollum of Trenton and Darwin McCollum of Auburn, Nebraska..
