He is survived by: his wife Amber Worley (Tracy) of Unionville, MO; his children, Christina Worley (Bobby Lee) of Unionville, MO, John Worley of Unionville, MO, Amanda Rhoades of Centerville, Ted Arzola of Unionville, MO, Brandon McIntyre of Unionville, MO, Jacob Horton of Unionville, MO and Mckenzie Conner of Unionville, MO; his grandchildren, Brendan (Chase), John, Scot, Robert, Michael, Anastasia, Alexandra, Macey, Samara, Dakota, Savanah, Vanissa and Justice; his great grandchildren, Blayke, Nea, Adam, Zaiden, Zander, Zarian, Alice, Ellianna and Isabelle; his siblings, Sheila Jackson (Anthony) of Towson, OK and Victory Worley (Rachel) of Towson, OK; his sister-in-law Rosemary Worley; his parents-in-law, Denise and Rex Ritter of Exline, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Crystal Mayer, Devon Garden, Kelsie Forquer, Shannon Ritter and Ben Ritter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and adopted family.
