She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Howard and Bessie Fay Lowry; her husband Richard Dick Seals; her siblings, Agnes Elizabeth, Edna Mae and Carl Lee Howard; and her mother-in-law Axie Seals.
She is survived by: her former spouse Russell J. Boland; her foster sons, David, Michael and Mark; her daughters, Patty Moots (Jim) of Unionville, MO and Janice Dimmitt (Don) of Kirksville, MO.; her grandchildren, Jeannette Ogle (Tracy), Jennifer Stout (Zach), Jamie Halley (Todd), Shawn Dimmitt, Jason Dimmitt (Dana) and Kimberly Rosenfelder (Joey); her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Hufendick (Clyde) and Linda Piercaell; and her close friend Herbie Swisher.
