She is survived by: her child Nelma Foust (Leroy) of Tulsa, OK; her grandchildren, Jennie Orr, Jamie Foust (Janette), Jeremy Casady (Ariane), Rachel Evans (Brent), Tessa Ervin (Michael), Daniel Casady, Jonathan Casady and Alexandra Cutler (Jason); her great grandchildren, Weston Bock, Kassi Bock, Abbie Casady, Calin Casady, Logan Evans and Oren Cutler; and her sister-in-law Betty Casady.
