He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lyle Fowler and Eileen Marie Welsh Fowler; his wife June Carol Fowler; and his siblings, Richard Fowler and Janice Doolin (Raymond).
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Fowler (Kenndaline) of Assaria, KS and Ryan Fowler (Michele) of O'Fallon, IL; his grandchildren, Chase Fowler (Ashtan), Triston Fowler and Katherine Wampler (Allan); his great grandchildren, Killian Wampler and John Fowler; and his brother Robert Fowler (Deena). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
