He was predeceased by: his father Jay Couchman; his son Andrew Couchman; his grandparents, Victor Couchman, Vera Couchman, Allen and Verna Collins; and his friends, Kent Murphy, John Steele, Monte Michael and Doc Dunkin.
He is survived by: his mother Gloria Couchman (Collins); his children, Sara Collins (Mike), Troy Couchman (Elizabeth), Molly Crawford (Ben) and Ty Couchman (Breanna); and his sisters, Linnette Caley (Tom) and Susan Grimm (Gary). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Unionville Cemetery.
